On Sunday 9th November 2025 Ropley was delighted to be able to use the newly installed War Memorial for our annual Remembrance Service. As part of that service the war memorial was blessed by the Revd. Amber. Everyone was also pleased to welcome David Ottley, a long term Ropley resident who was the inspiration behind the new memorial. David had made a special journey from the Royal Navy Retirement Home in Southsea where he now resides. Images from the service are available in the Gallery below.
