Ropley has two primary memorials one for each world war. Both memorials were damaged in the 2014 fire – the photos above were taken in 2002. The WW1 memorial, slightly damaged, is now mounted on the North wall just left of the main doors. The WW2 memorial lost its top in the fire, but the names are still readable – it is mounted in its original place.
