If you would like to join the St. Peter’s Electoral Roll please contact our Electoral Roll Officer,  Alison Wood. 
 
Application forms can be downloaded using the button below, or paper copies can be obtained from Alison Wood.
 
By registering to be on the Electoral Roll, you will be able to play a part in every aspect of church life. In particular, you will be able to attend and vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting and vote in elections for membership of the Parochial Church Council and the parish’s representatives on the Deanery Synod.

REPORT ON THE ELECTORAL ROLL UPDATE FOR 2024

The deadline for applying to be on the St Peter’s Electoral Roll was 31st March, 2024.

8 new people have joined the Roll – welcome!

The total number of people on the Electoral Roll on 31st March was 102, of whom 24 live outside the parish of Ropley.

The next full review of the Roll will be in 2025, when everyone will need to re-apply to be on the Roll.

Anyone who missed the end of March deadline but would still like to be on the Electoral Roll can join at any time during the year.
